Returns
Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items should be in new, unused condition with original boxes and labels attached.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are issued only for items with manufacturing defects.
Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product / Missing item received.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package: Place the item in its original packaging with the RMA number.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within seven (7) working days. You will be notified by email when your return is processed. Refunds for manufacturing defects will be deposited in your bank account within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
Exceptions
Final Sale Items: Discounted Google Review NFC Cards are final sale and non-returnable. Note: Our NFC Google review cards are designed to help you collect Google reviews efficiently. However, we do not guarantee your business’s top ranking on search engines.
